BEHIND THE LENS

My passion is telling stories and capturing moments that all seem to be zooming by us.  When I realized that I was missing 'life,' I stopped and actually took notice of the beauty all around me.  This started me on my journey of photography.

Born in Texas, raised in the desert, with a degree in Ocean Engineering, my life is nothing if not a life of contrasts.  From powerlifting to taking pictures of the smallest flowers, I refuse to be typecast or put in a box.

I think that's what makes my perspective so unique, I'm constantly seeking out the contrasts in life and those little moments that make them unique and memorable.
